Day 20

Now that we’ve gotten to know each other, I feel like I can finally share this with you…

I’m a recovering Coke addict… Coca Cola that is.

I used to drink a lot of Coke every day. While I have nothing against the product (I still think it’s delicious), I knew this wasn’t the healthiest choice. I finally realized I had to kick the habit.

So what did I turn to? Water of course. It’s healthy and it’s something I needed to introduce into my diet. However, there was a side benefit that came with this new healthy choice.

I saved money. You may already be aware of this, but water is WAY cheaper than soda! Like 100% cheaper.

I encourage you to drink only water for the rest of the challenge. If nothing else, only order water when you go out to eat. That couple of dollars here and there adds up quickly!

If you already drink a lot of bottled water, consider getting a filter for your home. This is a much cheaper option than bottled water (and better for the environment).
